Matthew P. Benson

About Matthew

Matt Benson is a partner in the Litigation Group at Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. A substantial part of Mr. Benson's practice is focused on commercial litigation in which he represents banking institutions, nontraditional lenders, borrowers, and businesses. His other principal practice area is construction litigation. He graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University in 1996 and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is licensed to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
