About JENNA
Jenna DePoy is a Partner and head of the Real Estate Law Division at Cobb Hammett. She provides corporate transactional services for business clients, including commercial real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges, business formations, and contract drafting. She represents business owners, real estate investors, commercial landlords, and creditors, and serves as general counsel for various businesses. She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies and completed a fellowship in Political and Legal Theory. She earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where she was President of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Business Law Society. She also represented her school in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria. She is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent in South Carolina.
