About Jennifer
Jennifer S. Henson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family & Child Sciences with a minor in Communications from Florida State University in 1995. Jennifer worked for over six years as a social worker advocating for children that were troubled, abused, neglected or abandoned, educating parents and family members and providing resources that would aid to reunify families that were in need. This advocacy work led Jennifer to pursue her law degree and in 2004 she graduated with her juris doctorate in the top 12% of her class from Florida State University College of Law. Jennifer practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, guardianship and family law. She is a member of The Florida Bar and belongs to the Elder Law Section and the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Jennifer has two sons, Gabriel and Zachary Henson and she is actively involved in their school events with the Eustis Middle School Band Association and the Eustis High School Band as well as the Bay Street Players YPT community theater company.
