About Joey

Joey Lynn Trowbridge received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University and her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University, the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Joey began her legal career in franchise law and has since pivoted to estate planning after relocating to The Villages. She is a member of the Florida Bar and belongs to the Elder Law, Real Property, Probate & Trust Sections. Having lived in Florida for nearly 20 years, Joey moved from the Sarasota/Bradenton area to The Villages during the pandemic and has embraced The Villages lifestyle. You can often find her on the Pickleball court, playing Mexican Train, or enjoying one of the town squares, with DJ Scooter being her favorite. Joey is passionate about travel and has explored all 50 states and 39 countries, with many more on her list. Melbourne, Australia, and Havana, Cuba hold special places in her heart, as she had the opportunity to study there. Joey looks forward to serving her fellow Villagers with dedication and enthusiasm.
