About Jeremy
Jeremy Fetty joined the firm in 2006 and is currently on the Management Committee and Chair of the firm’s Utility and Business Section. His practice focuses on utility law (energy, communication services, telecommunications, gas, water, waste management), corporate law, cooperative law, and right-of-way law. He advises businesses and utilities on regulatory, contractual, transactional, and compliance issues, including matters before FERC, FCC, IURC, ISO, and RTO. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the Michigan Court of Appeals and assisted in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 class action claim. Mr. Fetty is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Sixth Circuits, and various federal district courts, including the District of Columbia Court.
