Tony Patterson is a partner at Parr Richey with decades of experience representing personal injury victims and wrongful death survivors across Indiana and the Midwest. His practice includes automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and mass torts, securing numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements. He served as Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the Indiana State Fair Sugarland Stage Collapse litigation. Tony has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer in personal injury law, a Top 50 Indiana Lawyer for thirteen consecutive years, and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He was the 2007 Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year and named Indianapolis Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America in 2020 and 2024. He serves on the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission, Judicial Qualifications Commission, and Indiana Supreme Court Rules Committee.
