About Paul

Paul S. Kruse joined the firm in 1981 and has been a partner since 1984, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. He has over 20 years of experience in the firm's litigation section, handling catastrophic damage and wrongful death claims. Mr. Kruse has tried over 90 civil jury trials in state and federal courts across Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio, involving product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and medical malpractice. He has obtained numerous settlements for injured persons and is recognized by Super Lawyers (2010-2025) and Indiana Best Lawyers. He has been a board member for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association since 1988 and served as president of the IU McKinney School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
