About Jesse
Jesse A. Kirchner is an attorney and co-founder of Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., serving as managing partner and lead civil litigation and construction attorney. He grew up in Aiken, South Carolina, and attended the University of South Carolina. Before law school, he earned a 100 Ton Master Captain’s License and traveled extensively. He graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was in the top five percent of his class. He clerked for Judge Sol Blatt, Jr. and the Senate Transportation Committee. His legal career began with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, PA, focusing on construction law. His successful trial work has resulted in multi-million dollar settlements. He has been named Super Lawyer and Top Forty Lawyers Under Forty by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and received an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
