About Jordan

Jordan’s litigation practice involves medical malpractice defense where he represents healthcare providers-such as hospitals, physicians, and other providers-in professional negligence matters. Prior to joining CMP in May of 2023, Jordan worked at a boutique law firm where he handled a wide array of civil defense and commercial disputes, including: insurance coverage; construction law; personal injury; wrongful death claims; municipal liability; arson cases; product liability; trucking accidents; and appellate practice. He also has experience with criminal matters having served as a law clerk for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office. Jordan obtained his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating in 2020. During law school, Jordan was a member of Cumberland’s nationally-ranked Trial Team, the Trial Advocacy Board, and was vice president of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. In undergrad, Jordan earned a golf scholarship at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he also served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and as the president of the Pre-Law Society.
