Joseph D. Nohavicka (Joe) has over 30 years of experience in the law. His practice focuses on employment, commercial, insurance, ethics, criminal, and general appellate trial and pre-trial litigation. Joe is acknowledged for his performance in the courtroom and is a prolific legal commentator with multiple publications in the New York Law Journal and the New York State Bar Journal. His business experience makes him sensitive to the time and efficiency needs of commercial clients.
