About Orion
Orion Karagiannis studied law at New York Law School, focusing on real estate law, intellectual property and entertainment law, and trusts and estates. He was part of NYLS's 2020-21 Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition team, whose written submissions were among the “top ten” U.S.-based teams. He also worked as a Constitutional Law teaching assistant. Before law school, Orion studied real estate finance and development at Baruch College and worked as a law clerk with Pardalis & Nohavicka. His interest in real estate led him to New York Law School’s Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES), where he focused on public-private partnerships and the use of private land ownership for charitable causes, community development, and environmental conservation. He participated in NYLS’s Conservation Law and Policy Clinic, researching for The Nature Conservancy. Prior to re-joining Pardalis & Nohavicka, Orion worked with the Research and Investigations Unit of the NYC Comptroller’s Office and a midtown Manhattan law firm specializing in cooperative and condominium law.
