About Joseph

Joe Trinity’s primary area of concentration is civil litigation. He is a Certified Civil Trial attorney, a certification awarded by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to attorneys after rigorous testing and demonstration of experience in handling and trying complex cases, together with judicial and peer recommendations. Only approximately one percent of New Jersey lawyers are Certified Civil Trial attorneys. He has successfully tried dozens of cases throughout New Jersey, including negligence matters arising from automobile and truck accidents, construction site accidents, construction defect cases, and premises liability actions. He also represents clients in consumer fraud matters, real property disputes, disputes arising from contracts, and other commercial matters. He was successful in arguing a matter before the New Jersey Supreme Court involving interpretation of the uninsured motorist clause present in New Jersey standard automobile insurance policies. He founded Trinity & Farsiou, LLC in 2013 with Steven Farsiou.
