Tracy Bussel is a Partner at Trinity & Farsiou, LLC, where she represents both public and private clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment law, civil rights, education disputes, professional liability, and complex contract claims. She has extensive experience defending public entities and their employees in Title 59 and related governmental liability matters in both the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Bussel also represents individuals in employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA). Her litigation experience includes numerous arbitrations and mediations throughout the state. She successfully represented clients in Crystal Ice-Bridgeton, LLC v. City of Bridgeton, 428 N.J. Super. 576 (App. Div. 2012).
