Steve Farsiou is a partner in the New Jersey law firm of Trinity & Farsiou, LLC. He focuses in employment/labor/civil rights litigation, school law, criminal defense, municipal court and general civil litigation in both the State and Federal court systems. Mr. Farsiou regularly represents employees and businesses in employment and labor law matters, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial litigation, and appellate litigation of claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate disabilities, family and medical leave violations, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. He is also one of the leading experts in New Jersey with respect to New Jersey’s Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. With respect to municipal court and criminal law cases, Mr. Farsiou has been successfully defending clients for close to 20 years.
