About Joseph

Joseph is passionate about the practice of law and driven to obtain justice for his clients. He is relentless in his pursuit of uncovering the truth and holding those who have caused harm accountable. Joseph believes in working hard, communicating clearly and honestly, and leading with integrity. He was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and a graduate of Bonanza High School and UNLV. After college, Joseph moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Joseph returned home after law school and served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Timothy Williams. After practicing law for several years at a personal injury firm in Las Vegas, Joseph worked as an associate attorney at Eglet Law. While at the firm, Joseph met his wife Danielle Tarmu, and they now have three young children together. In January 2025, Joseph returned to Eglet Law as a partner. Joseph is licensed to practice law in all Nevada Courts and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Nevada Justice Association. Joseph has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2021) and a Top Rank Attorney by Nevada Business Magazine (2023). When not working, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children.
