About Joseph

Joseph’s practice is built on a strong foundation of experience in product liability defense, having previously served as an associate attorney with a Philadelphia-based firm. Throughout law school, Joseph demonstrated his commitment and work ethic by working full-time as a paralegal while attending Brooklyn Law School in the evenings. Joseph holds a B.A. in History from The College of Wooster, where he completed a thesis on the Russian Civil War. This background reflects his dedication to thoughtful research and analytical rigor-qualities he brings to his legal practice every day. Joseph is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and New York, and is an active member of The Federalist Society. He lives in Far Northeast Philadelphia with his wife and three children. Outside the office, Joseph enjoys reading, with The Lord of the Rings ranking as his all-time favorite book.
