Justin Wiater joined Fitzsimmons Law Firm in January 2013, bringing extensive courtroom and jury trial experience from his previous roles as a criminal defense attorney. He focuses his practice on general personal injury, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability claims. He holds a J.D. from Capital University School of Law and a B.A. from Ohio University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and the Ohio County Bar Association.
