Rocky Fitzsimmons focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, debt collector harassment, and motor vehicle accidents. He has secured multi-million dollar settlements and was appointed as Senator of the 1st Senatorial District of West Virginia in 2012.
