Mark Colantonio joined Fitzsimmons Law Firm in 2017 after 30 years as a partner at another plaintiff's litigation firm. He specializes in workplace accidents, catastrophic injuries, product defects, construction and industrial accidents, coal mining and gas drilling accidents, explosions, electrical injuries, defective drugs and medical devices, insurance disputes, class actions, and complex commercial litigation. He has achieved numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $33.4 million settlement in an industrial explosion case. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a J.D., where he was second in his class and a member of the West Virginia Law Review. He is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and has successfully argued cases before various appellate courts. He has been recognized as a 'West Virginia Super Lawyer' every year since 2010.
