Kathryn Delans

About Kathryn

Kathryn Delans is an experienced civil attorney who joined Holloway & Hulling in January. Her practice focuses on personal injury and family law. Before her legal career, she worked as a private investigator for insurance companies and the State of Florida. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2017. While in law school, she volunteered at the Missoula Self Help Law Center, MLSA pro bono clinics, and Soft Landing. She has represented clients in personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, family law, and contract disputes, shifting her focus to personal injury law in 2019. She also advocates for clients facing dissolution and parenting disputes and provides pro bono family law services. Outside of work, she enjoys making memories with her family and an active lifestyle.
