Nathan Hulling

About Nathan

Nathan Hulling, an experienced trial attorney, was born in 1984 and is originally from Tennessee. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2009-2012 while attending law school, and then as an active-duty Marine prosecutor and Judge Advocate from 2012-2017, reaching the rank of Major. He prosecuted various crimes and gained unique litigation experience. After his active-duty service, he moved to Missoula, Montana, and practiced at a local firm, managing it from 2018-2023 before co-founding Holloway & Hulling PLLC. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients and appealed multiple cases to Montana’s District Courts and Supreme Court. Outside of practice, he is a father, husband, and avid fly fisherman.
