Nate Holloway

About Nate

Nate Holloway was born and raised in Missoula, MT. He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in political science in 2006 and earned his J.D. with distinction from ONU - Pettit College of Law in 2011. From 2011 through early 2023, he worked for a leading criminal defense and personal injury firm in Missoula, representing over 1,000 clients in Western Montana and handling complex criminal and civil cases. He has appealed cases to Montana’s district courts, the Montana Supreme Court, and petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States. He co-founded Holloway & Hulling PLLC in early 2023. Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, golf, Griz football, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
