About Kathryn
Kathryn Kyle Forman joined Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo as a Litigation Associate after a year-long Clerkship for Judge Stephan C. Hansbury in the New Jersey Superior Court. She previously served as a Law Clerk for the firm from 2011 to 2012. Before graduating from Seton Hall Law in 2012, she interned at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and for Judge Joseph A. Dickson in the U.S. District Court. She was a member of Seton Hall Law’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board, a regional semi-finalist in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and served as Student Director of the 2012 Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, where she was named 'Best Oral Advocate' in 2011. She published a comment for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and was recognized for her 'Outstanding Contribution' to the Civil Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, she taught Fourth and Fifth Grade as a Teach for America Corps Member. She graduated with honors from Rutgers College in 2006. She focuses on civil litigation, particularly Labor and Employment Law.
