About Kelly

Kelly has been practicing law for 32 years, with a passion for law that began in middle school. She has always known she wanted to be a lawyer and still has that same compassion and drive today as she did then. In 1988, Kelly graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, where she was the Outstanding Leader of her class. She attended Capital University Law School. While there, Kelly participated in Student Government and was instrumental in establishing the Capital Law School Chapter of the Christian Legal Society. Kelly is our Senior Partner and lead counsel in our Employment Law section, as well as the founding partner in our Workers’ Compensation section. She has practiced in multiple areas of the law, representing both individuals and companies. She has had the opportunity to hone her skills working with clients who have suffered from workplace injuries or job-related issues. Helping individuals navigate through these difficult situations and learning to write their next chapter has been a true privilege. Kelly is also a frequent guest speaker at medical seminars and various medical offices, including the Doctor’s Hospital Consortium. Kelly is married to Business Development Partner, Stan Willis. They have three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys lake life, horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
