Ken Schwartz joined Gordon & Partners in 2023, bringing a new level of experience and expertise to the Workers’ Compensation, Employment, and Appellate Practice divisions within the firm. He brings more than 20 years of experience representing injured workers, employers, and insurance companies in trials and appeals. Ken is part of the small, select group of Florida attorneys who have been awarded “Board-Certified Specialist” (BCS) status by The Florida Bar and can therefore call themselves “experts” in their fields. Ken has been Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation Law since 2014. Ken Schwartz is also “AV Preeminent®” rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.
