About Kim

Kim's work ethic and guiding principle are rooted in her desire to enhance the lives of others through compassionate, wise legal counsel. Originally hailing from Philadelphia and having been raised in one of its surrounding suburbs, Kim's affinity for the West Coast blossomed at the age of eighteen, making a move out West a necessity. While maintaining a thriving law practice, Kim raised two children with her best friend and partner, Spencer. As the boys grew into teenagers, Kim shifted attention to solely advocating for individuals involved in personal injury claims with Spencer at Freeman Law Firm, Inc.. Demonstrating a combination of strength in negotiation and empathetic client support, Ms. Shomer's active involvement in her personal injury clients' lives has proven a successful combination to obtain true case value and well-cared-for clients.
