About Kristopher

Kristopher M. Gould is a litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense, including first and third party automobile, transportation and trucking, premises liability, insurance coverage, extra contractual and bad faith, subrogation, and workers compensation claims. He has successfully represented clients in jury, bench, and administrative trials and in matters on appeal. Kris is licensed in Louisiana and North Carolina and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. Kris has spoken at various CLEs, including presentations on uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage and bad faith set-ups. He attended the Claims Litigation Management Alliance’s Litigation Management Institute in 2017 where he received the designation Certified Litigation Management Professional. Kris has also been selected to the Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars List 2020-2025. Kris attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Broun National Trial Team and North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. He was inducted into the James E. and Carolyn B. Davis Society in 2010, recognizing academic and personal excellence and service to the School of Law, faculty, and students. Kris resides in New Orleans with his wife and children.
