Kyle Prouty, promoted to Partner in the spring of 2024, focuses his practice on family law and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). He provides comprehensive legal services across multiple areas of family law and is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients. Kyle graduated magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University and earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, now Mitchell Hamline School of Law, in St. Paul. Since graduation, Kyle has exclusively practiced family law, representing clients in divorce, child custody, domestic abuse, third-party custody, and other family law matters. He also represents clients before the Minnesota Court of Appeals when appellate opportunities arise. Kyle is known for his thorough preparation, client-centered approach, and commitment to protecting his clients’ interests through every stage of the legal process. Whether in negotiations, court hearings, or appeals, Kyle provides clear guidance and effective representation. Originally from Minnesota, Kyle enjoys spending time up north with family.
