About Lana

Lana Rayan is an associate attorney at Everett Dorey where she specializes in defending clients in general liability, public entity, and employment matters. She is a graduate of Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she was the President of the International Law Society. She was a Legal Clerk for the Public Law Center and a Legal Intern for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Lana authored and published an article, “Administrative Wage Garnishment: Examining Extrinsic Evidence in Fraudulent DocuSign Signature Allegations,” (Resolution Law Review, February 2022). She obtained her undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandise Management.
