Lane R. Jubb Jr. joined The Beasley Firm in April 2015 and is now a Co-Managing Member. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2017. At age 29, he became the youngest attorney in the country to win a multi-million dollar medical malpractice verdict as lead counsel. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, catastrophic aviation accidents, defamation, and wrongful use of civil proceedings. Lane has tried over twenty cases to verdict in twelve different venues, securing more than $50 million in jury awards and numerous confidential seven-figure settlements. Notable verdicts include $10 million in 2024 for comic book restorers and $15 million in 2023 for an orthopedic surgeon in a sex discrimination claim.
