Linda J. Wolanski

About Linda

Linda J. Wolanski was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985 and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including disability claims, medical malpractice, solicitor’s negligence, dog bites, slips and falls, product liability, and car accidents. She has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and tribunals. Linda graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1983. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association, and serves on the executive of the Women’s Law Association of Ontario. She has lectured and written on personal injury litigation and was an instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School. Linda has been recognized as a Best Lawyer by The Best Lawyers in Canada in 2025, 2023, and the 16th and 19th editions.
