About Toby
Toby Samson was admitted to the Partnership at Bogoroch & Associates LLP. She began her career with the firm in 2015 as an Articling Student and became an Associate in 2016. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice litigation. She has been published in the Annual Review of Civil Litigation and is a guest speaker for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s medical malpractice section, the Ontario Bar Association’s Health Law Program, and the Canadian Pharmacists Association. Toby was named one of Post City Magazine and Streets of Toronto’s Best Lawyers of 2022.
