Mahsa Dabirian

About Mahsa

Mahsa Dabirian joined Bogoroch & Associates LLP in October 2012 as an Associate and was admitted to the Partnership in January 2018. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Sociology from McMaster University, and her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Harley D. Hallett Scholarship. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. Mahsa advocates for injured clients in personal injury litigation, focusing on medical malpractice. She is a member of the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals. She also volunteers for non-profit charitable organizations. Mahsa has been named as “ones to watch” in personal injury litigation by The Best Lawyers in Canada in 2025, 2023, and the 18th edition, and recognized in the 19th edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
