Marie Kwok attended the University of London, graduating with an LLB (Honours) in 2021. She subsequently obtained dual Master of Laws degrees (LLM) in Canadian Common Law and International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Marie was called to the Bar in 2024, and her practice mainly pertains to Statutory Accident Benefits claims and damages arising from motor vehicle collisions.
