About MARTIN

Martin J. Buckley was born and raised in Delaware County, Philadelphia. He completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University in 2012, where he served on the Executive Board of Delta Sigma Pi and as Chairman of the Business Leadership Council. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law (now The Delaware Law School) in 2015, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Mr. Buckley primarily focuses on Education Law, representing School Boards, and serves as a Municipal Prosecutor in Ocean and Burlington Counties. He is the Executive Director of The CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, New Jersey School Boards Association (Associate Membership Program for School Attorneys), New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors' Association, and the Friendly Sons of Shillelagh, Ocean County.
