Matthew Dickson is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation and appeals for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has served as trial counsel for Fortune 500 companies, real estate developers, industrial manufacturers, public school districts, and a large public utility. His practice areas include toxic exposures, environmental litigation, mass torts, professional liability, catastrophic injuries, and insurance bad faith. Matthew was a partner at a national defense firm before starting his own firm and serves on the board of directors and as general counsel for a prominent private school. He obtained his Master of Public Health degree from the University of Arizona, providing extensive training in epidemiology, toxicology, and environmental health.
