Michael A. Fruhling joined Gersowitz, Libo and Korek, P.C. in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. He specializes in a wide variety of personal injury cases, focusing his practice on medical malpractice in New York and New Jersey, including cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, stillbirth, and other birth-related injuries. Michael is recognized in both Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his successes as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney in New York. Michael is a member of the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice, where he has fought to strengthen laws to help consumers and victims of medical malpractice and personal injury in New Jersey.
