Michael L. Weiss is a founding partner at Weiss & Paarz, a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars since 1981. He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate and by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney since 1986. He has been consistently named a 'Super Lawyer' in Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice every year since 2005, listed in 'Best Lawyers in America', and rated 'AV' by Martindale Hubbell. He was selected for membership in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 in 2021 and named 'Lawyer of the Year' in the Best Lawyers’ 2014-2015 Atlantic City Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs category. He obtained a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Villanova Law School. He is a Third Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do karate and enjoys chess and jazz piano.
