Robert E. Paarz is a founding partner at Weiss & Paarz, a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. He was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1983 and re-certified in 1991, 1998, and 2005. In 2010, he was admitted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been consistently named a 'Super Lawyer' in Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice, listed in 'Best Lawyers in America', and rated 'AV' by Martindale Hubbell. He was named 'Lawyer of the Year' in the Best Lawyers’ 2016 Atlantic City Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiff Category. He was honored at the annual Trial Bar Awards Reception in 2018 for his decades of outstanding trial work. He was formerly a medical malpractice defense attorney, trying over 250 cases between 1976 and 2001, and arguing more than 10 cases in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
