About Monica

Monica Pritchard is a dedicated legal professional in Brevard County, Florida. She holds a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she received a Merit Scholarship and was involved in founding the Howard Environmental Law Society and Howard Family Law Society. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Rollins College. Her practice focuses on lender representation, complex commercial transactions, zoning and land use, commercial lease review, and real estate and business purchases/sales. She has extensive experience in real estate law, including nearly a decade as an Area Manager at Fidelity National Title, managing multiple offices and commercial divisions. Monica also gained courtroom experience through judicial internships and clerkships, and volunteered for child advocacy and legal reform organizations. She is active in her community and enjoys spending time with her family.
