About Nicholaus

Nicholaus (“Nick”) Wilson joined Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers in July of 2020, immediately drawn to personal injury work. His practice areas include car accidents, truck crashes, wrongful death, brain injury, catastrophic injury, and premises liability cases. Born and raised in Paris, KY, Nick's values of hard work, humility, and helping others fuel his passion for advocating for injured and helpless people. Outside of the courtroom, Nick works as an agent and manager for professional athletes, primarily family members and close friends, stemming from his athletic family background. He also enjoys attending church, participating in community involvement, and mentoring youth, continuing his mission to help and guide both within and outside the legal realm.
