About Nicole

During law school, Ms. Dovishaw was a member of the Women in Law Society. In addition, Ms. Dovishaw completed pro-bono work for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. After graduating, Ms. Dovishaw worked as a Law Clerk in the Foreclosure Department of the Superior Court of New Jersey. In this position, Ms. Dovishaw acted as a mediator between mortgagors and mortgagees to determine if alternative resolutions were available in lieu of residential foreclosure. Following her clerkship, Ms. Dovishaw worked at an insurance defense firm in Montgomery County focusing on first-party property damage cases, first-party coverage litigation, and bad faith litigation. At McCormick & Priore, Ms. Dovishaw continues to focus her practice on first-party property damage, coverage litigation, and bad faith litigation, along with third-party liability cases, and underinsured and uninsured motorist benefits disputes.
