About Nicole

Nicole Slattery is the managing attorney at Sargent Law Firm Injury Lawyers. Nicole was born and raised in San Diego. Nicole attended undergrad at UCLA, and law school at UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Nicole is an experienced attorney with over 20 years of practice involving litigation, employment, executive compensation, corporate governance, corporate securities and trademark matters. Nicole was also very active with Public Counsel, and enjoyed assisting families (pro bono) in the adoption of children who need loving homes. Nicole oversees firm operations, which includes case management, supervision & professional development of the law office staff, and ensuring our office maintains the best customer service in our industry. Her past experience working in large national law firms, combined with her exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills, make Nicole an invaluable member to the firm. Managing a growing law firm is a big job, but Nicole’s favorite “job” is being a wife, and mother to two busy girls. She enjoys traveling, watching sports (Go UCLA!), and being outdoors with her family and friends.
