A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Mr. Azari also holds a Master of Arts degree in legal and ethical studies from the University of Baltimore. He is fluent in Farsi/Persian and English. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in law from Appalachian School of Law and is licensed to practice in all Maryland state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
