Philip Allen Thompson graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Political Science and from Jones School of Law in 1997. He served in the United States Army Reserves and had a career in the construction industry before becoming an attorney. Phil joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Alabama state courts and the U.S. Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association (former President), Alabama State Bar, Alabama State Court Mediators Roster, and Alabama Appellate Court Mediators Roster. He has served as Prosecutor for the Town of Notasulga and Special Prosecutor for the Cities of Auburn and Opelika, and as Lee County Child Support Referee. His practice areas include Construction Law, Criminal Law, Divorce/Domestic/Family Law, Juvenile Law, Personal Injury Law, Real Property Law, Commercial Collections, Real Estate Closings, and General Civil Litigation.
