About Roger
Roger W. Pierce graduated from Auburn University in 1976 with a B.S. in Business Administration and from Cumberland School of Law in May 1979. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 1979 and later returned to Auburn in 1987. He is licensed to practice in Alabama and Texas state courts, as well as several federal courts. Roger is a former President of the Lee County Bar Association, a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has also taught Business Law at Auburn University. His practice areas include Business Litigation, Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Divorce/Domestic/Family Law, General Civil Litigation, Juvenile Law, Personal Injury Law, Social Security Disability Law, and Worker’s Compensation Law.
