Rachel Bentley is an attorney with Gordon and Partners' class action team, dedicated to advocating for consumers who have been victims of corporate wrongdoing and scams. She litigates consumer protection cases, mass torts, and complex consumer fraud class action cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bentley prosecuted violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act as an Assistant Attorney General and protected disadvantaged community members' rights at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. She is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and recognized as one of Florida Trend’s 2020 Legal Elite. Rachel is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Justice Association as the Women’s Caucus Chair.
