Raymond Boyer is a Senior Associate at Bangerter Frazier Group, licensed to practice in Wyoming (2016), Utah (2019), and Idaho (2023). He holds an undergraduate degree in International Business from Utah Valley University (2005) and attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and Temple University, Beasley School of Law in Tokyo, Japan.
