About Rebecca
Rebecca Shea is a trial attorney who works tirelessly to obtain the best results for her clients. She handles a variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle collisions, premise liability, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and construction site injuries. Rebecca grew up in Middleton, Massachusetts and attended high school at St. Mark’s School in Southborough, Massachusetts where she was a standout student-athlete. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Anselm College where she studied Political Science and English. At St. Anselm’s, Rebecca was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team and achieved Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll each year. Additionally, Rebecca served as the Community Service Coordinator for the lacrosse team leading various philanthropic projects and was nominated and selected by the Gordon Fellow in the New Hampshire Institute of Politics. As a testament to her work ethic, Rebecca worked as a law clerk at Tetzel Law while attending Suffolk University Law School and Sawyer Business School. Rebecca was awarded the Trustee Scholarship at Suffolk University Law School and graduated with her Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration through the Accelerated Program. Before rejoining Tetzel Law, Rebecca worked at a Boston law firm specializing in False Claims Act (31 U.S. Code § 3729) and catastrophic personal injury cases. Rebecca is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association. Rebecca resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts. She enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with her family and friends. She completed the 2024 Boston Marathon running on behalf of the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation.
