Born in Cuba and raised in South Florida, Richard Villalba has deep roots in the local community. He graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a Political Science degree, later earning a Dean’s Scholarship to attend Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, Richard gained practical experience through the legal clinic, assisting clients in incorporating non-profits and handling business transactions. Richard has worked at a Miami law firm focused on first-party insurance disputes and real estate law, and he has also volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, where he advocated for children in Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit. In addition to his legal background, Richard has over nine years of experience in senior technology roles. His combined legal and technical expertise allows him to approach cases with a well-rounded perspective, particularly in personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases.
